Historical Record of Covenants

Previous versions of our covenants are provided here for those interested in the historical record. There was apparently some technical glitch in the recording of the 2010 covenants, so two amended versions show up for 2010. There are otherwise substantial gaps in time between amendments to the covenants.

• 2015 Fourth Amended Covenants.
• 2010 Third Amended Covenants.
• 2010 Second Amended Covenants.
• 2005 First Amended Covenants.
• 1978 Zeroth Amended Covenants. This 1978 document was retrieved from the Gallatin County Clerk and Recorder's Office. It apparently represents the first amendment to the original covenants, but was not so labeled. Thus it is listed here as the "Zeroth" Amended Covenants to distinguish it as preceding the officially listed 2005 First Amended Covenants. It may be that the authors of the 2005 First Amended Covenants were not aware of and did not refer to this Zeroth amendment to the covenants, which means that the subsequent amended covenants may be out of compliance.
• 1975 Original Covenants.
