Remember that these proposed amended bylaws have been in limbo for some time because of the necessity for a quorum to be present at a formally called meeting to vote on amendments. The current Board is reviewing this with our subdivision-retained lawyer to determine whether we can call for a vote by proxy and/or by email in order to expedite such votes now and in the future.
